What We Can’t Manage Online
- Premature menopause / Premature Ovarian Insufficiency (POI)
- Menopause symptoms occurring before age 40
- Irregular or postmenopausal bleeding
- Symptoms requiring physical examination
- Patients at high risk of blood clots, where hormonal treatments may not be safe
- A personal history of breast, ovarian, or endometrial cancer
If any of these apply, we do not recommend booking an online consultation.
Should you proceed and these issues arise, you may be signposted to more appropriate in-person care
