About this service

This consultation is designed for those needing same day medication. The process includes booking a consultation, discussing health concerns with a GP, and receiving an electronic treatment plan. It’s convenient, confidential, and user-friendly!

Dr.Online offers Video Appointments with a trusted GP online. The online doctor will take a detailed medication history and provide your desired treatment (if appropriate).

After booking your video consultations, you will be emailed a Pre-Consultation Questionnaire that asks for all these details and includes links to upload your ID and evidence.

What you will need to provide:
To proceed with the appointment and issue a treatment, patients are required to provide:
  1. The completed pre-consultation questionnaire
  2. A photo of their passport or driving license
  3. Evidence that they have been provided the treatment before
  4. A UK address (temporary address for those visiting the UK, this can be a hotel)

For all our services, we provide a dedicated Concierge Aftercare Service. They will answer any queries you may have post-appointment. Our bespoke service ensures we guide you through your patient journey seamlessly, without delays.

This bespoke service is for patients who require a treatment of a medication they either take regularly or have taken before. This service is not for patients with acute medical issues requiring clinical assessment. If you require this please book a General GP Video Consultation

To schedule a GP Consultation, select a suitable appointment slot from the available options in the calendar. You can also view the profiles of our online doctors to choose the one who best fits your needs. The Online GP will consult you by Video call.

If our GP determines you need a treatment they can send it to you electronically via a code from our partner Signature Rx. You can take this code to redeems your script from most leading high street pharmacies 

Our treatments are for a maximum duration of 1 month

In case of technical issues our support team is available to assist you. You can message via the Chat button or call. We recommend you test your internet connection prior to your scheduled appointment.

We offer secure online payment options through our platform. This will be prompted when you book your preferred appointment date and time.

You will be asked if you would like the details of your consultation and any treatments/ test results etc to go to your GP surgery. You are not required to consent to this, however it is best practice for this information to be shared so your surgery are aware of any medical conditions/ treatments etc that you have had done.

Our policy is not to provide any medication for any controlled drugs or drugs of dependance including any Scheduled drugs eg Opiates or Benzodiazepines.
