Travel With Medication Letter

For Adults (18+)

When you're journeying abroad with medications, it's common for airlines and nations to request a medical note for verification. Our doctors are capable of supplying a medical note that verifies your medications are prescribed specifically for you and the medical condition they are treating.

How It Works

At Dr.Online, we aim to make the process of obtaining a Medical letter as straightforward and convenient as possible. Here’s how it works:
  1. Select your letter: Select the letter your require, add to cart & make payment.
  2. Fill in the questionnaire & upload your evidence: Once your appointment is confirmed, you will receive a questionnaire via email. You will need to provide your name, date of birth, email address, details of your medical issue and a photo ID.
  3. Doctor Review: One of our GPs will review the information you have submitted, so please provide as much detail as possible. If appropriate the doctor will issue your letter. If more information is required, the doctor will contact you via telephone.
  4. Receive your letter: At Dr.Online, we will provide you with a letter following review of the information submitted. This will verify your current prescribed medications, and outline your conditions for needing this medication.
  5. Letters will be provided on the same day if ordered before 5pm.  Any requested after 5pm will be completed and sent the following working day.

What will I need to provide?

  • A photo of your passport
  • Completed questionnaire
  • Current treatment or repeat medication form
  • You digital summary care record
  • Details of your regular doctor (NHS GP)
