About

Dr Rachel Tomlinson is a General Practitioner with a specialist interest in women’s health and menopause care. She currently works across both NHS general practice and private specialised women’s health services and will be taking on the role of Women’s Health Lead at Dr Online.

She graduated with an MBChB from the University of Manchester (2006–2011) and completed her GP training in Manchester in 2018. She subsequently obtained the Diploma of the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists (DRCOG) in April 2019. In 2024, she completed the British Menopause Society (BMS) Menopause Certification and is an active member of the British Menopause Society, regularly keeping up to date through meetings and conferences.

After completing her training, Dr. Tomlinson moved to the coast in the North East where she lives with her husband and two young children. She is passionate about improving access to high-quality women’s healthcare and is excited about the opportunity to support women through all stages of their lives with informed, compassionate, and evidence-based care.
