About This Service

It is recommended that you follow a healthy diet and exercise regularly, as this can help with blood pressure and weight management. Limiting your intake of alcohol, stopping smoking and finding stress management that works for you will also help greatly.

Erectile dysfunction is an issue with producing an erection sufficient enough to have sex. Treatments work by giving a more firm and long lasting erection due to the increase of blood flow to the penis.

The medication may start to produce impact slowly, and may possibly take up to four attempts for effectiveness. It is best to take the medication on an empty stomach and around an hour prior to sexual intercourse (unless using daily Tadalafil). To promote effectiveness of the treatment, you will need to be sexually aroused by foreplay or other stimulation.

These medications are generally taken just prior to sexual activity. The amount of time to be taken before sexual activity and how long they last varies slightly for each so is dependant on your preference. Tadalafil however can be taken on a continuous once daily basis for men who prefer spontaneous sexual activity or who anticipate frequent sexual activity (at least twice a week).
