Upon booking an online GP consultation, each patient will be sent a Pre-Consultation Questionnaire via email. This questionnaire is crucial as it asks for additional details about the reason for your appointment, and requires an ID upload for verification purposes. By completing this, our clinicians are able to review your responses prior to the consultation, ensuring a smooth and efficient appointment.
For all our services, we offer a dedicated Concierge Aftercare Service. Upon the conclusion of your appointment, our team will be available to answer any questions you may have, as well as arrange any subsequent tests or referrals with one of our trusted providers. Our customised service ensures a smooth and uninterrupted journey for our patients, devoid of any delays.
This service is designed exclusively for adult patients aged 18 and above. Should you require consultation for pediatric patients, we kindly recommend contacting your local NHS General Practitioner or Pediatrician.
