As with all our video consultations you will be emailed a Pre-Consultation Questionnaire which includes your ID verification upload. Completing this will enable our clinicians to review your answers prior to your consultation.

To schedule a Video Consultation, select a suitable appointment slot from the available options in the calendar. You can also view the profiles of our doctors to choose the one who best fits your needs

You will be able to discuss your needs with one of our doctors over the video link on your device/computer. If necessary you can send pictures e.g. of a skin rash to the doctor via our online platform. You will be able to arrange a treatment plan with the doctor for ongoing treatment. 

As it is a remote consultation there are certain conditions which are more difficult to treat. These include consultations where the GP would need to perform an examination of you of some type. Also emergency conditions such as stroke, heart attacks etc cannot be managed and you should contact 111/999 immediately to get help. If after speaking to one of our GPs your condition cannot be treated you will receive your money back.

Yes, the doctor may arrange any of a number of tests for you depending on your needs. These may include blood/urine tests or swabs or various scans eg ultrasound/ CT/MRI. If a referral to specialist is required this letter will be sent to you via e-mail. After your consultation a member of our concierge service will contact you to discuss these with you. They will arrange a suitable date/time for you and explain how and where they will be completed. 

Yes, if your doctor determines you need a prescription they can send it to you electronically via a code from our partner Signature Rx. You can take this code to redeems your script from most leading high street pharmacies

Absolutely, if your doctor recommends a follow-up consultation to monitor your progress or adjust your treatment plan, you can easily schedule a follow up through the platform. You also have the option to choose your preferred clinician when booking.

In case of technical issues our support team is available to assist you. You can message via the Chat button or call. We recommend you test your internet connection prior to your scheduled appointment.

We offer secure online payment options through our platform. This will be prompted when you book your preferred appointment date and time.

You will be asked if you would like the details of your consultation and any prescriptions/ test results etc to go to your GP surgery. You are not required to consent to this, however it is best practice for this information to be shared so your surgery are aware of any medical conditions/ treatments etc that you have had done.
