Yes! We offer flexible monthly plans alongside our yearly option, with no long-term commitment. You can cancel anytime, hassle-free.
We endeavour to help with most medical queries, but due to licensing requirements, there are some limitations (see non-exhaustive list below):
🚨 Emergency Care – We cannot provide immediate treatment for emergencies like acute chest pains, stroke, trauma, or severe infections requiring in-patient care. Please call 999 or visit A&E in an emergency.
🦷 Dental Issues – We are not licensed to diagnose or treat dental issues. For urgent dental problems, contact your dentist or call 111 out of hours. See NHS advice for guidance.
🌍 Patients Outside the UK – We can see both UK and foreign nationals; however, patients must be physically located in the UK at the time of their video consultation.
