Answers To Frequently Asked Questions
Yes. After booking and payment confirmation you will receive a link to access our virtual attending room at the scheduled time, where the doctor will start the video consultation.
No. The video call is made through the browser of your computer, tablet or smartphone, without the need to install any programme or app. You will only have to authorise the use of the camera and microphone when you join the video consultation.
To confirm your video consultation you must make the payment before the consultation, by debit or credit card.

We endeavour to help with most types of medical queries, but we do have some limitations due to our licencing requirements (see non-exhaustive list below)
1. Emergency Care – Immediate treatment for emergencies like acute chest pains, stroke, trauma or severe infections requiring in-patient care.
2. Dental Issues – We are not licenced to diagnose or treat any dental issues. For urgent detail issues please either call your dentist or 111 out of hours – see NHS advice
3. Currently outside the UK – We are able to see both UK and foreign nationals. However patients are required to be located in the UK when undertaking their video consultation.
